As Creative Director, Tom managed a staff of 7 art directors and photo editors. Working closely with Editor-in-Chief Bill Philliips, he oversaw the visuals for all editorial content including video, animation, mobile apps, the bi-annual Style Guide and yearly Tech Guide.
Tom and his team brought the magazine over 10 industry awards over two years, including a National magazine Award for General Excellence, a Bronze Cube from the Art Directors Club, and App of the Year from the Society of Publication Designers,
